Happy New Year to everyone. Due to the rising number of coronavirus cases in Hart and the latest national lockdown announcements, here is an update on our services:
Membership Support – do continue to contact us if you have any queries regarding governance, funding, training requirements etc. We will provide support via e-mail, the phone or on Teams.
Annual General Meeting and Voluntary Sector Forum – we will shortly announce the date and voting arrangements for our Annual General Meeting, which we plan to hold in early February (date still to be confirmed). The meeting will be held via Zoom.
Volunteer Centre – we continue to focus on the Covid-19 volunteering response, now including assistance with medical transport, and vaccination site support. For all enquiries about volunteering or to promote new volunteering opportunities, please contact the Hart Volunteer Centre by e-mail
Hart Response Hub – Calls regarding support with shopping, prescriptions and check in calls made to the 0333 370 4000 Hampshire Helpline will be picked up by us for a local response using our network of volunteers in the community.
Youth Services – our 121 Youth Counselling and Hart and Rushmoor Young Carers projects have paused face-to-face activity and will keep this under review.
Home from Hospital Service – is running as usual, but the amount of support time available may reduce if we start to receive larger numbers of patient referrals. Full details at this link.
Please do not hesitate to contact us with any queries you may have about all of our projects and support services.
