Hart Health Walks is one of Hart Voluntary Action’s services for local residents, providing weekly walks lasting between 40 minutes and an 1 hour at 6 different locations across Hart District.
Health Walks are suitable for anyone aged 18 and over who would like to take part in regular low impact exercise which is sociable as well. All walks have the same start and finish point and meet on a weekly basis in Crookham Village, Fleet, Hartley Wintney, Hook, Odiham, and Yateley, and there are a variety of risk assessed walk routes on offer. Unfortunately, due to the terrain, Hart Health Walks is not suitable for people who use wheelchairs or walking frames.
For 2022, we have a new venue for our Odiham Health Walk – the Old School, London Road, Odiham, RG29 1AJ – thanks to the Vine Church for accommodating us.
Hart Health Walks are back in action from Tuesday 4 January 2022. Our volunteer walk leaders look forward to welcoming new walkers and welcoming back our existing walkers. Full details at this link
