Hart Health Walks – Love Parks Week

01/08/2022

Hart Health Walks#LoveParks Week

29th July – 5th August

From Elvetham Heath to Hartletts Park and Yateley Common to Calthorpe Park, Hart district has such a wonderful variety of parks. This week is ‘Love Parks Week’ – a campaign organised by Keep Britain Tidy to celebrate the nations parkland. So why not come along to one of our Health Walks where we run safe and social walks across the area which often sample some of the lovely parks that Hart has to offer. Its also a great way to;

  • maintain your fitness levels,
  • meet and socialise with new people,
  • get to know your local area better,
  • exercise as part of any recommended rehabilitation after illness.

Hart Voluntary Action currently offers six weekly walks at Hook, Crookham Village, Fleet, Yateley, Odiham and Hartley Wintney. Full details and our frequently asked questions can be found here.

All our walks are led by trained volunteer walk leaders and are generally around an hour long with short walk options (around 30 minutes) available in both Crookham Village on Tuesdays and Hartley Wintney on Fridays.

At the end of all the walks there’s also the opportunity for tea, coffee and a chat.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to get in touch by phone or email
