Family Counselling

Family Counselling is a service that gives families the chance to express and explore their feelings in a safe and non-judgemental environment

Family Counselling can benefit a family by:

  • Providing a safe and confidential space for them to talk freely
  • Exploring boundaries within the family
  • Exploring family patterns and dynamics
  • Exploring parenting and co-parenting

We offer:

  • Two assessment sessions and up to 6 Family Counselling sessions depending on the needs of the Family
  • A Confidential Service
  • Sessions available either face-to-face or online

When is a family not suitable for this service?

    • If they or any member of the family is receiving Counselling elsewhere
    • When there is evidence of domestic abuse or coercion
    • If a family member is in active crisis
