Sunshine and Showers is a non-judgemental support group for people experiencing depression. The group meets in a safe, supportive environment.

 

The Farnborough group meets on Monday evenings

The Hook group meets on Tuesday afternoons

The Fleet group meets on Wednesday afternoons

The Yateley group meets on Thursday afternoons

There are no expectations – you can come and chat, listen or just "be".
