Sunshine & Showers

Very well done to Kate and her Dad on completing the Clapham Common 10k Run last weekend and for raising over £500 for Sunshine and Showers depression support.  As Kate says " the reason why I chose Sunshine and Showers to raise money for is because of how it has helped me but also to give depression some awareness and it has been amazing that reaction I've had from people at work as it's not spoken about very much and it is an illness that no one should be afraid to talk about."  To donate to Sunshine and Showers via Kate's fundraising page - please click here
